Servicio Multi-RFC
Todas nuestras cuentas están habilitadas para registrar múltiples organizaciones emisoras y no hay un límite máximo de organizaciones por cuenta, tanto cuentas en el periodo de prueba gratuita como cuentas con la API de Facturación CFDI contratada.
Registrar múltiples organizaciones no tiene costo adicional, solo cobraremos el consumo de timbres, E-Receipts y/o sincronización de documentos externos que las organizaciones de tu cuenta realicen.
Prueba gratuita
En Facturapi puedes crear una cuenta gratuita que te dará acceso a nuestro dashboard y sus funcionalidades básicas, playground y también podrás obtener la test secret key de las organizaciones que registres para que puedas probar el servicio y comenzar tu integración sin necesidad de pagar por ello.
Puedes hacer uso de la prueba gratuita durante 14 días y si requieres más tiempo, al final del plazo puedes extenderla. Si encuentras problemas para prolongar el tiempo de prueba, contáctanos al correo [email protected].
API de facturación CFDI
La API permite a todas las organizaciones de tu cuenta emitir todo tipo de CFDI y complementos a través de la API. También podrás administrar los recursos creados por tus organizaciones. En otras palabras, no es necesario que contrates una API por cada organización, una sola suscripción es suficiente para operar con todas tus organizaciones.

La API de Facturación CFDI te da acceso a nuestro servicio completo de cumplimiento CFDI, pero si aún así requieres funcionalidades distintas o adicionales, puedes contratar para la organización que selecciones:
Facturación Web
Te permite crear facturas (CFDI) y también registrar clientes y productos desde el dashboard.
E-Receipts y Autofactura
Habilita a la organización para emitir desde el dashboard E-Receipts, portal de autofactura y factura global por E-Receipts no facturados.
*Si requieres Emitir y gestionar tus E-Receipts vía API, es necesario adicionalmente tener la API de Facturación CFDI.
Descarga Masiva de CFDI
Te permite obtener facturas externas a Facturapi tanto emitidas como recibidas.
*Si requieres operar con tus CFDI sincronizados y gestionarlos vía API, es necesario adicionalmente tener la API de Facturación CFDI.
Facturapi para Stripe
Emite CFDI válidos ante el SAT directamente desde tu dashboard de Stripe, usando tu cuenta conectada de Facturapi. Esta integración vincula ambas plataformas para automatizar la facturación sin escribir una sola línea de código.
*Compatible con API y todos nuestros productos
A diferencia de la API de Facturación CFDI que es multi-RFC, los otros productos se contratan por organización, tú puedes seleccionar qué producto contratar para cada organización. Los productos por organizaciones se cobran cada mes.

Consumibles
Adicional a la API de Facturación CFDI y/o Otros Productos que contrates, cobraremos mensualmente el consumo de:
Timbres
Un CFDI emitido de cualquier tipo con o sin complemento incluido consume un timbre. Solo se contabilizan los comprobantes emitidos con tu live secret key y los creados mediante la función de Facturación Web desde tu dashboard cuando el switch de selección de ambientes está posicionado en "Live", así como las facturas emitidas con Facturapi para Stripe.
Los CFDI emitidos con tu test secret key o mediante playground no generan costo.
E-Receipts
Únicamente se cobrarán los E-Receipts emitidos con tu live secret key o desde el dashboard al tener el switch de selección de ambientes posicionado en "Live".
Los emitidos con tu test secret key, con el switch en "Test" dentro del dashboard o mediante playground test no generan costo.
Si un E-Receipt se factura vía API, portal de autofactura o dashboard, se cobrarán $0.60 mxn por el timbrado del mismo.
Documentos Sincronizados
Cada documento externo a Facturapi sincronizado (descarga masiva) por la o las organizaciones con el producto Descarga Masiva de CFDI activo se contabilizará y cobrará. Las facturas que tu organización emitió a través de Facturapi no se contabilizan ni cobran como documento sincronizado.
*Listar, descargar, cancelar, editar o eliminar facturas y/o recursos no tiene costo.
Cómo cobramos tu suscripción mensual
Al contratar la API de Facturación CFDI, Facturación Web, E-Receipts, Facturapi para Stripe y/o Descarga Masiva de CFDI realizaremos el cobro de forma inmediata y ese pago cubrirá un mes del servicio. Los consumibles que realices a partir de la contratación de tu suscripción, serán cobrados en tu próxima factura mensual junto con la siguiente mensualidad de tu API de Facturación CFDI o productos contratados. Clarificando: Pagas tu API de Facturación CFDI y/o productos al inicio de cada periodo mensual y los consumibles utilizados se pagan en el mes siguiente.
Facturación de tu plan
Si requieres una factura por el servicio, puedes ingresar tus datos fiscales al momento de contratar un plan, también puedes registrarlos o modificarlos antes o después de la contratación en este apartado de tu dashboard.

This article addresses questions about Facturapi's plans and costs.
Multi-RFC Service
All our accounts are enabled to register multiple issuing organizations and there is no maximum limit of organizations per account, either accounts in the free trial period or accounts with the contracted CFDI Invoicing API.
There is no additional cost to register multiple organizations, we will only charge for the consumption of stamps, E-Receipts and/or Synced documents via Automatic SAT CFDI Downloads of external documents that the organizations in your account make.
Free trial
In Facturapi you can create a free account that will give you access to our dashboard and its basic functionalities, playground and you can also get the test secret key of the organizations you register so you can test the service and start your integration without paying for it.
You can use the free trial for 14 days and if you require more time, at the end of the term you can extend it. If you encounter problems to extend the trial period, please get in touch with us at [email protected].
CFDI Invoicing API
The API allows all organizations in your account to issue all types of CFDIs and SAT complements through the API. You will also be able to manage the resources created by your organizations. In other words, you do not need to purchase a license for each organization, one subscription is enough to operate with all your organizations.

Other Business Services
The CFDI Invoicing API gives you access to our full CFDI compliance service, but if you still require additional functionalities, you can purchase for the organization you select:
Web Invoicing
Allows you to create invoices (CFDI) and also register customers and products from the dashboard.
E-Receipts and Self-Invoicing Portal
Enables the organization to issue E-Receipts from the dashboard, access the self-invoicing portal, and generate a global invoice for un-invoiced E-Receipts.
*If you need to issue and manage your E-Receipts via API, you must also have the CFDI Invoicing API.
Automatic SAT CFDI Downloads
Allows the organization to download external invoices to Facturapi both issued and received (bulk download).
*If you need to operate with your synchronized CFDIs and manage them via API, you must also have the CFDI Invoicing API.
Facturapi for Stripe
Issue SAT-compliant CFDIs directly from your Stripe dashboard, using your connected Facturapi account. This integration links both platforms to automate invoicing without writing a single line of code.
*Compatible with the API and all our products
Differently from the CFDI Invoicing API which is multi-RFC, the Other Business Services are purchased per organization, you can select which upgrade to purchase for each organization. Upgrades to organizations are charged on a monthly basis.

Consumables
In addition to the CFDI Invoicing API and Organization Upgrades that you purchase, we will charge monthly the consumption of:
Stamps
A CFDI issued of any type with or without a complement included consumes one stamp. Only invoices issued with your live secret key and those created through the
Web Invoicing feature from your dashboard are accounted for when the environment selection switch is set to "Live" as well as CFDIs issued through Facturapi for Stripe.
The CFDIs issued with your test secret key or through playground do not generate cost.
E-Receipts
E-Receipts issued from the dashboard will also be charged when the environment selection switch is set to "Live". E-Receipts issued with your test secret key, with the switch set to "Test" in the dashboard, or through playground test do not generate cost.
If an E-Receipt is converted into a CFDI via API, self-invoicing portal, or dashboard, an additional charge of $0.60 MXN will apply for its stamping.
Synchronized Documents
Each external document to Facturapi synchronized (mass download) by the organization(s) with the active Automatic SAT CFDI Downloads feature will be accounted and charged. Invoices that your organization issued through Facturapi are not accounted or charged as a synchronized document.
*Listing, downloading, canceling, editing or deleting invoices and/or resources has no cost.
How we charge your monthly subscription
When you purchase the CFDI Invoicing API, Web Invoicing, E-Receipts, Facturapi for Stripe and/or Automatic SAT CFDI Downloads, we will charge you immediately, and that payment will cover one month of service. Any consumables you use after the activation of your subscription will be billed on your next monthly invoice, together with the following month’s charge for your CFDI Invoicing API or any other products you have contracted.
To clarify: You pay for your CFDI Invoicing API and/or products at the beginning of each monthly period, and the consumables you used are paid the following month.
Obtaining a CFDI for your subscription payment
If you require an invoice for the service, you can provide your fiscal information at the moment of purchasing a plan, you can also register or modify it before or after the purchase in this section of your dashboard.
